Recruiting referrals
1Send the intro
A company you know has an open safety role. Introduce us to the hiring contact by email with info@mignasafetysolutions.com on cc, then log it in the 2-minute form.
2We do the work
Migna handles the search, the candidates, and the client. You’re done after the intro.
3You get paid
When the placement sticks, 15% of our fee is yours. 15% of our fee on an $85K–$110K safety role works out to roughly $2,400–$3,300.
A referral counts when it’s a warm intro: an open safety or EHS role (posting link, or the contact confirmed it), the hiring contact’s name, title and email, and a contact who has agreed to speak with us about filling the role through us — not merely acknowledged an intro. An open role alone does not qualify. If the company isn’t interested in outside recruiting help, there’s nothing to refer. Paid within 15 days after our 90-day candidate guarantee clears. Your referral is attributed to you for 180 days from the timestamp of submission. If we make our first placement with that company within those 180 days, the referral covers every placement we make with that company in the 12 months after your submission. First qualified submission wins. Candidates never pay a fee.

15% of each net sale lands in your balance. Paid monthly on the 15th by PayPal. Company bundles count — that’s where the real money is.
$50 minimum balance to trigger a payout; smaller balances roll forward. Commissions reverse if a purchase is refunded.

1Talk to them first
You know a company that wants better safety software and you’ve talked to them about it. Point them at the software or straight to the live demo so they know what’s coming.
2Send the intro
Intro us to the decision-maker by email with info@mignasafetysolutions.com on cc (or submit the form with their info), someone who is expecting to hear from Migna. We run the demo, the trial and the paperwork from there.
3Collect
15% of their first year. On our plans that’s roughly $450 to $1,700 per account, depending on tier — annual plans pay it in one check 30 days after the invoice clears. Monthly plans pay quarterly once they’ve paid three months.

A company name alone doesn’t qualify. Referrals stay attributed to you for 180 days. We only pay commission on money we’ve actually collected — never on an invoice that hasn’t been paid, and a refunded annual invoice takes its commission back with it.
